The New Season Thali is a thoughtfully curated dining experience designed to welcome the year ahead with comfort, balance, and tradition. Each guest is served an individual thali, with all dishes presented together at the table. This allows you to enjoy the full range of flavours at your own pace, without interruptions between courses. ______________________________ This is a fixed thali experience, created to be enjoyed in a relaxed and unhurried manner. Please allow approximately 60 – 90 minutes to fully enjoy the meal. The thali is available in Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian versions. Please select your preferred option at the time of booking.
