The New Season Thali is a thoughtfully curated dining experience designed to welcome the year ahead with comfort, balance, and tradition. Each guest is served an individual thali, with all dishes presented together at the table. This allows you to enjoy the full range of flavours at your own pace, without interruptions between courses. ______________________________ This is a fixed thali experience, created to be enjoyed in a relaxed and unhurried manner. Please allow approximately 60 – 90 minutes to fully enjoy the meal. The thali is available in Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian versions. Please select your preferred option at the time of booking. We kindly ask guests to review the following cancellation policy when making a reservation. Cancellations Cancellations or significant changes to a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, or failure to arrive (no-show), may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Group Bookings & Special Menus Group bookings (6 guests or more), thali menus, set menus, and special events require advance preparation. For these bookings: Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the reservation. Reductions in guest numbers within 24 hours may still be charged based on the original booking. Late Arrivals We kindly request guests to arrive on time. Tables may be held for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time during busy periods. Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation at the restaurant’s discretion. Event & Festival Dining Special events, festivals, and promotional menus are often prepared in advance. Event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. General Notes Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Management reserves the right to make reasonable decisions in exceptional circumstances.
